    • 본 발명은 밀폐형 왕복동식 압축기에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 밀폐형 왕복동식 압축기에 적용되는 베어링 구조를 개선하여 부품간의 마찰을 최소화하므로써 소음 저감 및 압축효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 밀폐형 왕복동식 압축기를 제공하는 것이다.
      이를 위한 본 발명에 따른 밀폐형 왕복동식 압축기는 프레임(310)의 중공부(311) 상단에는 환형의 베어링삽입홈(312)이 형성되며, 베어링삽입홈(312)에는 제 1레이디얼베어링(410)이 삽입 설치되어 회전축(230)을 구름 지지하게 된다.
      제 1레이디얼베어링(410)은 실린더블록(320)의 압축부(321)와 프레임(310)의 중공부(311)가 기계적 공차에 의해 서로 직각이 되지 않더라도 자체의 여유각으로 회전축(230)을 자동조심 시키는 자동조심 형태의 베어링이 사용되게 된다.
      이와 같은 제 1레이디얼베어링(410)을 통하여 회전축(230)의 축방향 하중 및 피스톤(340)의 진퇴에 따른 수평방향 힘을 동시에 구름 지지하게 되므로 회전축(230)과 프레임(310)간의 마찰손실을 줄일 수 있게 된다.
      또한, 회전축(230)이 제 1레이디얼베어링(410)에 의해 자동조심 되어 압축실(321)과 피스톤(340) 사이, 회전축(230)과 프레임(310) 사이의 마찰손실을 줄일 수 있게 된다.

An oil communicating hole(28) is formed to make a hole of the incline direction oil through hole communicate with the other side thrust bearing surface of the bearing axial part.
