    • PURPOSE: An automatic opening and closing device for a vehicle door is provided to safely open and close a door even in a narrow parking space by operating a working member with a drive motor. CONSTITUTION: An automatic opening and closing device for a vehicle door comprises drive motors(10), working members(20), guiderails(30), guide rollers, and touch sensors(40). The drive motors are installed in the lower inlet of a vehicle body frame and generate torque depending on a signal from a controller. The working members are horizontally attached on the inner surface of doors(110). Rack gears, formed on the outer surfaces of the working members, are engaged with pinion gears(14), and the working members are horizontally operated. The guiderails are horizontally installed in the top and bottom of the working members. Guide holes are formed on the side surfaces of the guiderails in a longitudinal direction. The guide rollers are inserted into the guiderails and are fixed to one side of the vehicle body frame. The touch sensors are attached on the inner and outer surfaces of the doors and operate the doors.

      본 고안은 이를 위해 화물탑 및 윙 바디(11)의 양측면이나 어느 일측에 선택적으로 구비되며, 좁은 골목길에서 윙 바디를 열지 못할 경우 물건을 꺼낼 수 있도록 도어(12)가 구비되는 것으로, 특히 상기 도어(12)는 윙 바디(11)의 상,하단에 각각 구비된 상,하부레일(15)(17)의 사이에 설치되되, 상기 도어(12)와 상부레일(15)의 사이에는 로울러(16a)가 구비된 상부브라켓트(16)가 설치되고, 상기 도어(12)와 하부레일(17)의 사이에는 한쌍의 로울러(18a)가 구비된 하부브라켓트(18)가 설치되며, 상기 하부브라켓트(18)의 일단은 도어(12)에 힌지축(19)으로 연결 설치됨을 특징으로 구성된다.
      상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 화물탑 및 윙 바디의 양측면이나 어느 일측에 도어를 설치하여 좁은 골목길에서도 윙 바디를 열지 않고 도어를 통해 물건의 상,하차 작업을 수행할 수 있도록 한 것이며, 이로 인해 제품의 품질과 신뢰성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.

When the tilt-up switch is operated, the relay disconnects the circuit connected to the slide open switch.
