CONSTITUTION: A laser irradiation device(30) removes the remaining rolling oil or foreign materials from a steel sheet surface, while passing though rolling steel sheets. A steel sheet cleaner(130) and a dryer(170) are offered on the upper part or lower part of the laser irradiation device. The remaining rolling oil of the steel sheet is effectively removed by using the laser irradiation device as a medium. A high-temperature plasma device for steel sheet oil removing device(70) is arranged in the lower side of the laser irradiation device.

    • A piston finishing method is provided to form an X-shaped pattern by super-finishing the piston surface, thereby distributing oil uniformly on the piston surface. A piston finishing method comprises the steps of preparing a processed piston(S1), polishing the surface of the piston(S2), and heat-treating the polished piston(S3). The heat-treatment process of the piston includes the steps of removing oil and foreign material from the piston using detergent and water, charging the piston assembled in a jig into a furnace, injecting nitrogen gas has into the furnace, raising the inner temperature of the furnace to 350°C and maintaining for at least 8 hours and then raising the temperature to 570°C and maintaining for at least one and half hours, forming a nitride layer on the piston surface while injecting ammonia gas, nitrogen gas, and carbon dioxide for 5 to 8 hours and maintaining the temperature of 570°C and the pressure of 100~250mmH2O in the furnace, and lowering the inner temperature of the furnace to 120°C while injecting nitrogen gas into the furnace and maintaining the pressure of 500~1000mmH2O and then taking the piston out of the furnace.

CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a body(20) fixed at both sides of an exit of an alkali tank; a degreasing detection part(40) having a driving means of a pneumatic cylinder(42), a degreasing roller(60) which is a detecting means that is contacted with the surface of a strip by being rotated by the pneumatic cylinder, and a sensor contacting with a controller in which a standard value is set so as to judge whether the surface of the strip is poorly washed or not by measuring an alkali concentration stuck to the degreasing roller, wherein the degreasing detection part is installed on the upper surface of the body so that a concentration of alkali distributed on the surface of the strip to be washed is selectively detected at an arbitrary position; and an edge sensing part which is equipped with guiding stands(90a,90b,90c) that are adjacently installed in front of the degreasing detection part, transferable in a width direction of the strip by an electric motor(80) and have an edge sensor(88) sensing the edge of the strip, and contacts with the controller so that the degreasing detection part is exactly guided to a position detecting the degreasing defects by detecting the edge of the strip proceeded.
