    • PURPOSE: A method of making feed by the following process consisting of fermenting livestock wastewater, culturing strains in culture liquid such as malt juice or koji juice, culturing spawns using chicken manure or the like and then mixing the spawns, rice bran and organic matter such as corn, wheat, barley or the like is provided. It minimizes environmental problems and produces feed rich in essential amino acids and vitamins. CONSTITUTION: Feed is prepared by the process consisting of: fermenting 25 to 35% by weight of livestock wastewater, 25 to 35% by weight of rice bran, 8.5 to 11.5% by weight of molasses and 25 to 35% by weight of moisture at 35 to 38deg.C in a first culture vessel; separating strains from microorganisms produced in the first culture vessel and then culturing in culture liquid for 20 to 24hr at a pH of 5.1 to 5.5; culturing 5 to 10% by weight of strains, 60 to 80% by weight of molasses, 5 to 10% by weight of chicken manure and 5 to 10% by weight of rice bran; mixing the obtained spawns, rice bran, moisture and organic matter in a weight ratio(%) of 5 to 10:25 to 35:25 to 35; and fermenting the mixture at 48 to 60hr.
