    • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing ceramics by using amorphous coating to the base material of the ceramics wherein the method comprises: a step of inserting silicon and feldspar with a solvent into a stirrer; a step of stirring after inserting into the stirrer 0.1-15 parts by weight of a calcium source material and a silicon source material with respect to 100 parts by weight of the silicon and the feldspar in a mole ratio of 1:5-5:1; a step of inserting a basic material into slurry manufactured by stirring so as to control the pH range of the same at 7-12; a step of drying the pH controlled outcome and calcining at a temperature lower than the temperature where the calcium source material and the silicon source material are crystallized for acquiring the silicon and feldspar on which amorphous phase is coated; a step of mixing kaolin, clay, the silicon and feldspar where the amorphous phase is coated with water; and a step of firing the molded mixture. The present invention can lower a firing temperature by using the amorphous coating of the basic ceramics material and improve fracture toughness and bending strength.

    • The present invention relates to clay including fiber yarns and a manufacturing method of a roofing tile using the same. The manufacturing of the roofing tile may be completed through a clay preparation process for preparing clay including 10-25 parts by weight of clay and 1-5 parts by weight of fiber yarns based on 75-90 parts by weight of kaolin (S1); a molding process for molding the clay thus prepared in a roofing tile mold having a roofing tile shape by using a molder (S2); a drying process for drying the molded roofing tile mold (S3); a first baking process for forming pores by inserting the dried roofing tile mold in a kiln and burning the fiber yarns by baking at 1,100 to 1,200°C for 24 to 48 hours (S4); a second baking process for coloring by adsorbing carbon components onto the roofing tile mold through injecting air in the kiln to decrease the temperature to 800 to 920°C, blocking the air at the temperature and maintaining the temperature in the kiln to perform imperfect combustion (S5); a cooling process for cooling the roofing tile by a common method (S6). Through the inclusion of the fiber yarns in the clay, full belly phenomenon of the roofing tile and the generation of defects may be minimized, and the weight of the roofing tile may be decreased due to the pores. A roofing tile accommodating the safety of a construction, and having good insulating and waterproofing functions may be provided.
