    • 본발명은내화성, 내구성및 작업성이우수한보수용경량모르타르조성물및 이를이용한콘크리트구조물의보수공법에관한것으로서, 더욱상세하게는시멘트 100 중량부에대하여규사 50~250 중량부, 실리카흄 0.1~8 중량부, 폴리머 1~10 중량부, 보강섬유 0.5~5.0 중량부; 칼슘알루미나설파이트(CSA) 1~10 중량부; 무수석고 1~10 중량부; 수축저감제 0.5~2.0 중량부; 소포제 0.1~1.0 중량부; 개질유황 0.1~5 중량부; 팽창폴리머비드 0.01~0.2 중량부; 감수제 0.1~0.5 중량부; 및유리분말을가공처리한다공성골재 1~5 중량부;를포함하는콘크리트구조물보수용경량모르타르조성물및 상기조성물을이용한콘크리트구조물의보수공법을제공한다. 본발명에따른내진보강용모르타르조성물은발수효과를높이고흡수율을낮추어내구성을향상시킬수 있도록코어-쉘구조의다공성골재를모르타르조성물에포함시킴으로써초기및 장기내구성, 내수성및 내후성을우수하게유지할수 있고, 콘크리트구조물에대한시공성을향상시키기위하여경량골재를사용하여모르타르조성물을구성함에의해충격이나진동이가해지는터널, 교량, 건물, 철도구조물등에대한시공시에도신속한시공이가능하기때문에시공성및 작업성이매우우수하며, 조성물의수축성을낮추고빠른시간안에강도를발현할수 있고, 모르타르조성물에보강섬유와분말수지를포함함으로써초기및 장기부착성능과균열저항성을향상시켜장기내구성을더욱향상시킬수 있는효과가있다. 또한, 개질유황을포함함으로써내구성, 내화학성, 내화성등의물성을향상시킬수 있는효과도있으며, 특히, 진동이심한철도현장이나, 철도관련콘크리트구조물에있어서는부착강도등 물성이강화되므로모르타르탈락이발생하는등 내구성이부족한문제점을개선할수 있는장점이있다.

    • PURPOSE: An earth composition for a porous ceramic ware is provided to produce plural pores on the ceramic ware using swelling clay for producing a breathing container which improves the taste of food. CONSTITUTION: An earth composition for a porous ceramic ware contains 20-50 wt% of quartz with particles smaller than 100 um, 15-40 wt% of feldspar, 25-55 wt% of clay, 0.1-15 wt% of silica with coarse particles in a size of 200 um-2 mm, and 0.1-10 wt% of porous crystals of zeolite. The clay contains 2-50 wt% of swelling clay which is formed of bedded clay containing water molecules in among layers. The ceramic ware is a white porcelain, a celadon porcelain, or a grayish-blue-powdered celadon porcelain. The swelling clay is more than one material selected from bentonite, montmorillonite, saponite, hectorite, beidellite, halloysite, vermiculite, sauconite, or nontronite.     • PURPOSE: A brick and panel block manufacturing methodusing tricholoma matsutake stone is provided to be superior in reducing noise among the stories of apartment since noise absorption is good. CONSTITUTION: The brick and panel block manufacturing method using the tricholoma matsutake stone is as follows. The mixture is stirred by putting 27% weight adhesive, 3% weight hardener, 70% weight tricholoma matsutake stone in the mixer tub successively. The mixture injection operates after spreading the release fluid inside the block molding frame. After adding pressure to the block molding frame in which mixture is inserted, drying desiccates in 60°C for 3 hours. The block(10) molding is the brick or the panel form.

    • PURPOSE: Paint for a finishing material is provided to adsorb volatile organic compounds, formaldehyde, carbon dioxide, bacteria and heavy metal and to ensure excellent handling and storage stability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing paint for finishing materials comprises the steps of: mixing silica, alumina, and hydroxide ion in an aqueous phase and performing hydrothermal reaction of the mixture at 150-200 °C for 10-15 hours, and then preparing monodispersed zeolite colloid solution by ball milling with zirconia balls of 3-20 micron; injecting charcoal powder, surfactant and NaOH into the zeolite colloidal solution, mixing the materials at 130-150 °C for 1-2 hours, and drying the mixture to form porous charcoal powder; mixing 5-30 parts by weight of porous charcoal powder, 30-40 parts by weight of acrylic emulsion, 1-15 parts by weight of titanium dioxide, 20-30 parts by weight of limestone, 1-10 parts by weight of quartz, and the remaining portion of water at 500-1000 rpm for 1-3 hours to prepare paint for finishing materials.
