    • The present invention relates to a rapid hardening cement concrete composition for a boundary block, a method for producing a patterned boundary block using same, and a patterned boundary block produced by same. The composition comprises: a special admixture of 0.01-15 wt%, a rapid hardening cement binder of 10-35 wt%, a fine aggregate of 15-50 wt%, a coarse aggregate of 20-60 wt%, and water of 0.1-15 wt%. The special admixture comprises: a polyethylene vinyl acetate resin of 40-98 wt%, a polymethyl methacrylate resin of 0.1-30 wt%, a polyvinyl acetate-vinyl versatate resin of 0.1-20 wt%, a polystyrene-butyl acrylate resin of 0.01-20 wt%, and starch of 0.01-20 wt%. By means of the present invention, the special admixture mixed with the composition can reduce a water-cement ratio, can improve the leveling, workability, ductility, flexural strength, bonding strength, durability, and retentivity of the composition, and can prevent cracks. Industrial wastes can be recycled to be used as the rapid hardening cement binder so that the composition is useful in terms of recycling. The water-cement ratio is effectively reduced even when a small amount of the special admixture is added, so that the composition can effectively express a higher strength and a better durability than existing cement concrete compositions.

    • PURPOSE: An acid-resistant section restoring mortar composition using activated silica and a cross section repairing method using the same are provided to enhance acid resistance of hardened cement structure. CONSTITUTION: An acid-resistant section restoring mortar composition(40) using activated silica comprises 10-30 wt% of Portland cement, 1-5 wt% of expansion material, 5-20 wt% of silica fume, 5-20 wt% of blast furnace slag powder, 3-15 wt% of fly ash, 1-5 wt% revival stake polymer powder, 10-30 wt% of bottom ash, 20-40 wt% of sand, 0.01-0.5 wt% of fiber, 0.01-0.5 wt% of thickening agent, 0.01-0.5 wt% of water reducing agent and 0.01-0.5 wt% of antifoaming agent. The bottom ash is dried bottom ash without containing salinity. The bottom ash has the particle size of 4mm or less, the true specific gravity of 2.0-2.5, and the porosity of 45-55%. The silica fume includes fine particle having the particle size of 200,000cm^2/g and the silica content of 90% or greater. The blast furnace slag powder comprises the particle of 4,000-5,000cm^2/g. The expansion material is CSA (Calcium Sulfoaluminate) based k-type expansion material.

CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition comprises: a quick-hardening inorganic material mixture comprising white cement, alumina cement, and gypsum; terpolymer in which ethylene, vinyl laurate and vinyl chloride are polymerized; and an acrylic hollow material. The adhesive composition which is a curable inorganic mixture comprises 20-30 weight% of white cement, 50-70 weight% of alumina cement, and 10-20 weight% of gypsum. The comprised amount of the terpolymer is 5-10 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of the curable inorganic mixture, and the weight average molecular weight is 450,000-550,000.
