The first electrode assembly is mounted on the mounting plate to be insulated and is electrically connected to a power line(W) The second electrode assembly is mounted around a rotary body(12) to be insulated. While the rotary body is rotated on the connection body, the second electrode assembly is electrically connected with the first electrode assembly. The detachable cable is detachably attached to the second electrode assembly and is connected with a second coil line(C2).
