摘要： Provided are a parking control device and a parking control method. The provided parking control device comprises: a first detection part detecting at least one of the current front wheel speed or the current rear wheel speed of a vehicle in the case of the parking release mode of a parking apparatus, or detecting the current front wheel speed of a vehicle in the case of the parking mode of the parking apparatus; a first control part outputting at least one of the current wheel speeds when receiving at least one of the current wheel speeds detected by the first detecting part, and including a reference current wheel speed range corresponding to a predetermined reference front wheel speed range and a predetermined reference rear wheel speed range; a second detection part detecting at least one of the current wheel speeds output from the first control part; a first determination part determining whether at least one of the current wheel speeds detected by the first detection part exceeds the reference wheel speed range or not, or determining whether at least one of current wheel speeds detected by the second detection part is not output or not; and a control part controlling at least one of the current wheel speeds according to the reference wheel speed range when the first determination part determines that at least one of the current wheel speeds exceeds the reference wheel speed range or is not output. According to the present invention, efficiency, convenience, and stability in parking the vehicle can be improved.
