    • PURPOSE: An adhesiveless earplug for the noise reduction and a method for manufacturing the same are provided; in which an inner tip and outer tip of the earplug can be combined by non-adhesion method to minimize the damage to the human body due to adhesive material. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an adhesiveless earplug for noise reduction includes the following steps: a first step(S10) of molding an inner tip; a second step(S20) of fixing the inner tip to an upper mold plate for the outer tip molding; a 3rd step(S30) of injecting resin composition into a lower mold plate after the upper mold plate is oppositely arranged with the lower mold plate; a 4th step(S40) of compressing the upper mold plate to the lower mold plate; a 5th step(S50) that the outer tip is combined with the inner tip; and a 6th step(S60) of separating the earplug from the lower mold plate after disassembling the upper mold plate and lower mold plate.
