    • A clamping device for a bending press is disclosed. The clamping device for a bending press according to the present invention comprises i) a clamping die fixed on a base, having a space formed therein; ii) a clamping holder installed to be able to rotate by a rotary shaft inside the space of the clamping die; iii) upper and lower cam blocks installed to be able to horizontally slide on the upper and lower sides of the clamping holder respectively, having cam slopes, which are inclined toward the upper and lower sides, formed on mutually facing parts; iv) upper and lower clamping blocks installed to be able to slide in the facing direction on the upper and lower sides of the clamping holder by being in contact with the cam slopes of the cam blocks, clamping both ends of a pipe material; and v) a pressurization unit actually connected to the clamping holder, pressurizing the upper and lower cam blocks.

The block member is inserted into the guide rod and moves along the guide rod. The support body is installed at the lower part of the block member. The pair of tongs moves from side to side by a pneumatic cylinder to transfer wire materials being cut. The pair of tongs includes a piece fixed by bolts from the outside so that a tongs block having a groove is installed in the fixed piece. A spring is installed between the fixed piece and the tongs block to load the wire materials.

    • The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a handle for agricultural machineries and, more particularly, to a manufacturing method of a handle for agricultural machineries which can reduce fraction defective due to spring back by reducing a spring-back effect. The manufacturing method of the handle for agricultural machineries according to the present invention comprises a handle ring manufacturing step and a support welding step. In the handle ring manufacturing step, a handle ring is manufacturing by bending a square steel pipe with a bending machine having the 5% smaller diameter than the handle ring while tensing the square steel pipe with the 35% load among the bending force of the bending machine. In the support welding step, supports are welded on the handle ring. The present invention can reduce the spring back effect to reduce the fraction defective due to the spring back when manufacturing the handle ring. Accordingly, the present invention can obtain not a manual work by field workers but precisely continuous forming and automated processing technology on handle parts for various agricultural machineries. Also, the present invention establishes mass-production and independent technology using an automated forming device.
