    • The present invention relates to a material transferring method in a progressive inner transfer die process including: a first step for increasing and stopping grippers using a laterally transferring cylinder to grip an material in a die; a second step for gripping the material by moving the gripper supported by the lateral transfer cylinder into the die by a material transfer signal operated by a sensor; a third step for transferring the material gripped by the gripper to a die for the next process using a forward and backward transferring cylinder; a fourth step for placing the material transferred to the next process on the die using the gripper operated by the vertically transferring cylinder by making the gripper to descend and arrange the location using an alignment pin of the die; a fifth step for making the gripper to put the material down and moving backward using the forward and backward transferring cylinder when the material is placed; and a sixth step for making the gripper to ascend and go back to the original position of the previous process using the vertically transferring cylinder when the gripper completed escapes. The material transferring method in a progressive inner transfer die process can precisely transfer and mold a material using an integral controller, can further easily transfer a material by accurately gripping the material by changing the shape of a gripper to correspond to the material in each process, thereby increasing production rate and remarkably reducing faulty.
