    • 본 발명은 피라미드형 카고메 구조체 및 그 제작 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 면재와의 넓은 접착면을 갖는 피라미드형 카고메 구조체 및 그 제작 방법에 관한 것이다.
      본 발명에 의하면, 격자형 메쉬를 면 기반으로 성형하여 연속 및 대량 생산을 가능하도록 하고, 이와 같이 생산된 피라미드 트러스 구조체의 피라미드의 꼭지 부분을 상하로 연결함으로써 피라미드형 카고메 구조를 형성하며, 이를 통해 우수한 기계적 강성을 부여함과 동시에 상하 면재와의 넓은 접착면을 확보함으로써 접착이 용이하고 접착 후의 안정성이 우수하게 된다.
      또한 기존 피라미드형 샌드위치 판재의 생산성 저하 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에서는 폴리머 사출 공정을 통한 초기 메쉬형 평판재 대량 생산 및 롤링 공정을 통하여 연속 성형 공정을 제시하며, 카고메 구조를 제작시 성형공정과 접합 공정의 분리로 인한 제작 공정의 복잡함을 해결하고자 성형 공정과 접합공정이 동시에 진행하는 제작 공정을 제시한다.
    • 本发明涉及一种金字塔形kagome结构及其制造方法,更具体地说,涉及具有与板材的宽粘合表面的金字塔形kagome结构及其制造方法。 根据本发明,为了连续大量生产,以表面为基础模制格子网格,以这种方式制造的金字塔桁架结构的金字塔顶端部分垂直连接形成金字塔形的kagome结构。 此外,以这种方式提供优异的机械强度,并且与上板和下板材料的宽粘合表面导致容易的粘合和高的后附着稳定性。 为了解决现有金字塔夹层板材料生产率降低的问题,本发明提出了通过聚合物注射法和连续成型工艺通过轧制方法大量生产早期的网状平板材料。 还提出了一种制造方法,其中同时进行模制和粘合工艺,从而可以解决在制造kagome结构期间由模制和粘合过程之间分离引起的制造过程的复杂性。

    • PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing corner beads for finishing corners of a building is provided to obtain the durability of mesh parts and a boundary portion of a metal sheet and the mesh parts by the corner beads, thereby improving an effect reinforcing a corner portion of the building. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing corner beads(10) for finishing corners of a building comprises first and second supplying units(110,160), a transferring unit(120), a punching unit(130), a guide unit(140), a rewinding unit(150), a bending unit(170), and a cutting unit(180). The first supplying unit consecutively supplies a metal sheet(11) wound into a roll shape. The transferring unit transfers the metal sheet by pulling the same as a predetermined length. The punching unit forms mesh parts in both sides of the metal sheet which is transferred from the first supplying unit. The guide unit spreads the mesh parts horizontal to the metal sheet to be flat. The rewinding unit winds the metal sheet into a roll form. The second supplying unit guides the metal sheet. The bending unit bends a center portion of the metal sheet at right angle by using a plurality of pressing rollers, thereby forming the corner beads. The cutting unit is installed in one side of the bending unit and cuts the corner beads at necessary length.

    • PURPOSE: An open grating manufacturing apparatus is provided to improve precision by controlling elastic restoration of a metal bar resulting from residual stress when bending the metal bar. CONSTITUTION: An open grating manufacturing apparatus comprises a feeder(21), a bending and welding device(31), a grating member welding device(51), and an ejecting device(49). The feeder transfers a metal bar(22) cut to a specific length. The bending and welding device comprises a bending jig which bends the metal bar into a square shape, a hydraulic bender which bends the metal bar through a bending and engaging groove for form a bent frame, and a first welding robot which fixes the bent frame and welds joints. The grating member welding device includes a grating welding robot inserts a horizontal grating member in an alignment groove and welds the grating member to the inner side of the bent frame. The ejecting device comprises a hydraulic straightener(60) which corrects an open grating by pressing the open grating according to a predetermined dimension.
