    • The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an aluminum cover of a switch box. The aluminum cover of a switch box is formed by molding an aluminum thin plate. A peripheral edge (w) of the aluminum cover of a switch box is bent to be fitted into a curved surface of an inner panel (20). Hard oxidized-coating layers (s1, s2) are formed on the whole surface of the aluminum cover of a switch box by anodizing. Especially, the oxidized-coating layers (s1, s2) are formed on the surface of the aluminum cover by anodizing a blank of a cover (10), which is blanked. The oxidized-coating layer on a back side of the peripheral edge (w) of the cover (10) is removed before the peripheral edge (w) of the aluminum cover of a switch box is bent to be fitted into the curved surface of the inner panel (20). Therefore, a smooth curved-surface without cracks can be obtained during a peripheral edge (w) forming process; the hard oxidized-coating layer is formed on the surface; and thus the aluminum cover of a switch box has scratch resistance and the beautiful surface as well.
