    • Disclosed are an improved nozzle lip, a method for manufacturing the same, and a slit die and a coating apparatus having the same. The nozzle lip according to the present invention comprises: a body part; and a nozzle part provided at a part of a lower portion of the body part, wherein the nozzle part is integrally formed with the body part by thermal spraying of ultra-light powder to a stepped portion preprocessed at the part of the lower portion of the body part. The method for manufacturing the nozzle lip according to the present invention comprises the steps of: providing a body part having a preprocessed stepped portion at a part of a lower portion thereof; forming a nozzle part integrated with the body part by coating the stepped portion with ultra-light powder through thermal spraying; and polishing the surface of the nozzle part.

CONSTITUTION: A fluid discharging device comprises: a body(12) supplying fluid; a slit nozzle(16) connecting to the body and discharging fluid; and a nozzle cleaning member being installed in the slit nozzle and cleaning residue remaining in the slit nozzle. The nozzle cleaning member comprises a first nozzle cleaning part(20a) installed on one side of slit nozzle and a second nozzle cleaning part(20b) installed on the other side of the slit nozzle. The body is made of transparent materials.

    • A cleaning apparatus of a coating die is provided to wash a cleaning member simply by supplying washing liquid to the front end of the cleaning member from a washing liquid supply nozzle. In a cleaning apparatus of a coating die(10), the front end of a cleaning member comes into contact with the front section of a lip portion(11) of the coating die equipped with a thin and long slit-shaped ejection port supplying application liquid(1), across the longitudinal direction of the coating die. And then, the cleaning member moves in the longitudinal direction of the coating die to remove application liquid stuck on the lip portion of the coating die. A suction unit sucks the application liquid removed from the lip portion of the coating die by the cleaning member. A washing liquid supply nozzle moving together with the cleaning member is installed behind the movement direction of the cleaning member. After the application liquid stuck on the lip portion of the coating die is removed, the washing liquid is supplied toward the front end of the cleaning member from the washing liquid supply nozzle.
