    • A micro-chemical analysis system, a micro-mixing device used in the system, and a micro-chemical analysis apparatus used in the system are provided to analyze the chemical characteristics of one liquid from the reaction result of different kinds of liquids by mixing different kinds of liquids uniformly within a short time. A micro-chemical analysis system comprises a channel(101,102,103) which transfers a first liquid and a second liquid together; a mixing port(104) which is interposed at the joining point of the first liquid and the second liquid or in the channel after the joining point so as to have a certain volume larger than the channel and forms the temporal undercurrent of the first liquid and the second liquid; a mixing promotion unit(105) which gives the stirring force in the mixing port; an observation unit(106) which observes the extend of mixing of the first liquid and the second liquid in the mixing port; a mixing control unit(107) which controls the mixing promotion unit based on the observed result; an analysis sensor which detects the reaction result of the first liquid and the second liquid; and a treatment unit which replaces the reaction result of the analysis sensor with the chemical characteristics of liquid.
