    • A metal nanoparticle manufacturing apparatus is provided to additionally perform an aging process of metal nanoparticle by being combined with a cooling unit, a temperature controller and a vibration unit. A metal nanoparticle manufacturing apparatus(10) comprises: a precursor supply unit(11) supplying a precursor solution for metal nanoparticle; a transfer unit(12) transferring the precursor solution; a heating unit(14) which is connected to the precursor supply unit to heat metal nanoparticle manufacturing apparatus up to a temperature of generating metal nanoparticle; and a cooling unit(15), linked with the heating unit, collecting the generated metal nanoparticle and cooling down the collected metal nanoparticle. The cooling unit includes a channel(151), a tube(152) covering the channel and a circulation unit(153) supplying a refrigerant to the tube.
