    • The present invention relates to a water sensor probe for a diesel fuel filter installed in a water tank connected to the lower part of the diesel fuel filter to notify a water discharge signal through a print circuit substrate by detecting the level of water collected in the water tank with two electrodes. The electrodes protrude from the outer part of a cage. The end of the electrodes is protruding toward a lower direction in which the water is filled in the water tank. The top of the cage in which the electrodes are embedded includes a prominent hiding jaw to prevent the water and impurities separated and fallen from the diesel fuel filter in a shape of embedding the top of the electrode from penetrating into the cage. The electrode for forming the hiding jaw on the top of the cage and for detecting the water level by being embedded in a double injection type in the cage is manufactured to face the direction in which the water is filled when the water sensor probe is installed from the water tank as the end is protruding from the lower part of the hiding jaw. The contact of the impurities and water separated from the diesel fuel filter with the electrode is minimized. An effect of maintaining an output performance of a diesel engine is provided by preventing the electrode corrosion as being in contact with the electrode only when the water is filled and by correctly performing a water discharge transmission signal by eliminating a condition in which the water penetrates into the cage.
