A laminated film(22) comprises a first resin layer(28) and a second resin layer(30). The second resin layer is laminated on the first resin layer. The first resin layer is a photosensitive resin layer. The second resin layer is a protective film. A sensor(104) detects a defect part of the laminated film, and is arranged in a position under a attaching length of one laminated film or in a top side from a half cut position. A half cut processing is stopped and the laminated film is returned to a bottom side if a defect part of the laminated film is detected. The defect part of the laminated film is not adhered to a substrate(24).
