    • An apparatus for pre-peeling a photosensitive web is provided to pre-peel at least a protection film and a substrate between substrates to enable the protection film with a support layer from being peeled from the substrate, thereby preventing the generation of a foreign substance caused by the falling of the protection film within a process and preventing the conveyance or quality error of the substrate due to a residual protection film on the substrate. A pre-peeling apparatus(144) for a photosensitive web adheres the photosensitive web, on which a support layer and at least photosensitive material layer are laminated, to a substrate(24) so as for a photosensitive material side to face the substrate, and pre-peels a part of the photosensitive web from the substrate before pre-peeling the support layer with a part of the photosensitive web exposed between the substrates integrally from the substrate. The pre-peeling apparatus includes a peeling member, a moving device, and a detector. The peeling member peels the part of the photosensitive web from the substrate by pressurizing the part of the photosensitive web exposed between the substrates. The moving device advances and retreats the peeling member in a direction in which the substrate is conveyed. The detector detects the pressurization position of the photosensitive web by the peeling member. The peeling member is constituted in a plate shape which is long in a width direction crossing the substrate conveying direction, and provides plural pressurization portions which are in contact with the part of the photosensitive web.

A laminated film(22) comprises a first resin layer(28) and a second resin layer(30). The second resin layer is laminated on the first resin layer. The first resin layer is a photosensitive resin layer. The second resin layer is a protective film. A sensor(104) detects a defect part of the laminated film, and is arranged in a position under a attaching length of one laminated film or in a top side from a half cut position. A half cut processing is stopped and the laminated film is returned to a bottom side if a defect part of the laminated film is detected. The defect part of the laminated film is not adhered to a substrate(24).
