    • A sound signal processing method, a sound signal processing apparatus and a recording medium are provided to convert acquired sound into a spectrum by performing the FFT processing of sound signals based on the acquired sound, calculate a spectrum envelope from the spectrum, remove the spectrum envelope from the spectrum, detect a spectrum peak from the spectrum, and control the detected spectrum peak, thereby having no influence by a smooth peak generated in a low frequency band and removing noise. A sound signal processing method comprises the following steps of: acquiring an external sound from a sound acquisition unit(S1); storing digitized sound data in a sound data buffer(S2); generating a predetermined length of frame from the stored sound data(S3); performing the FFT(Fast Fourier Transformation) processing of sound signals based on the sound data in a frame unit and converting the processed sound signals into a spectrum(S4); calculating a spectrum envelope(S5); removing the calculated spectrum envelope(S6); detecting a spectrum peak(S7); controlling the detected spectrum peak(S8); extracting specific components such as power, pitch, cepstrum(S9); determining a sound section based on the extracted spectrum power and pitch(S10); and performing sound recognition processing(S11).
