    • A method of adjusting a zero point of a signal output value of a stop lamp switch is provided to improve the reliability of a product and maintain a constant quality by minimizing an error of an output value generated during a manufacturing process of a stop lamp switch through a zapping process. The method includes: fixing a stop lamp switch product, which has a zapping circuit inside a semiconductor chip of a switch circuit, to a zapping jig; setting items such as a zapping mode, a limit current value, etc. to basic values; spacing metal couplers with a maximum distance; determining if an output value of a stop lamp switch satisfies a criteria by measuring the output value of the stop lamp switch; adjusting a gain value if the output value does not satisfy the criteria and measuring the output value again to determine if the output value satisfies the criteria; determining if the distance between the metal couplers, in which a lamp turns on and off, satisfies a criteria by measuring the distance between the metal couplers if the output value satisfies the criteria; setting a zap and finishing the process if the distance between the metal couplers, in which the lamp turns on and off, satisfies the criteria; and adjusting a limit/hysteresis value if the distance between the metal couplers, in which the lamp turns on and off, does not satisfy the criteria, and determining again if the distance between the metal couplers, in which the lamp turns on and off, satisfy the criteria.
