The present invention can suppress the generation of impact sounds of the knob and g-return by having the g-return and knob being separately mounted at the base wherein the g-return can suppress the generation of friction by moving through axially rotating not by sliding.

In addition, the present invention increases assembly efficiency by solving an excessive rotation issue caused in a screw coupling method as one of conventional mounting methods for a gear knob and a gear rod.
