    • PURPOSE: A shift lever capable of tilting is provided to improve productivity by reducing an operation space and improving operation performance in order to reduce an operation burden on a driver. CONSTITUTION: A shift lever capable of tilting comprises an operation member(10), a connection rod(20), a movable shaft(30), a support shaft, and a locking device. The operation member is formed as a shape capable of being grasped by hands. The connection rod comprises a magnetic flux sensor capable of measuring change of rotation value when the operation member rotates in front and rear directions. A shift magnet is included in order to detect position change according to a longitudinal direction of the movable shaft. First and second shift magnets are formed in the support shaft. A movable permanent magnet and a fixing permanent magnet are arranged at the movable shaft and comprise a select magnet in order to recognize the selection of a speed change mode.
