    • PURPOSE: A sub-marine sediment analyzing device and an analyzing method using the same are provided to improve the reliability of an analyzing experiment by performing an experiment for promptly identifying the existence of gas hydrate. CONSTITUTION: A sub-marine sediment analyzing device comprises a core temperature measuring unit(10), a gas content analyzing unit(20), a salinity measuring unit(30), a particle size analyzer(40), and a freezing storage unit(50). The core temperature measuring unit measures the sectional temperature of a boring core(1) positioned in a vessel. The gas content analyzing unit analyzes the kind and content of gas which is contained in sub-marine sediment samples collected from the boring core in the vessel. The salinity measuring unit measures the salinity of the sub-marine sediment samples collected from the boring core in the vessel. The particle size analyzer analyzes the particle size of the sub-marine sediment samples collected from the boring core in the vessel.     • PURPOSE: A photographing device for checking the status of the outcrop is provided to enable to exactly recognize overall size or partial size of the outcrop through the photographed image even if an explorer is difficult to approach to the outcrop. CONSTITUTION: A photographing device for checking the status of the outcrop comprises a photographing unit and a laser pointer (20). The photographing unit is able to photograph the video or picture. The laser pointer enables to photograph the laser point on the outcrop by outputting the laser beam toward the outcrop which is photographed through the photographing unit. The laser pointer is installed to enable the outputted laser beam to be outputted in parallel with the laser beam, which is outputted from other laser pointer.

    • PURPOSE: A production testing research device using a boring sample containing gas hydrate is provided to research the production conduct of the gas hydrate by applying vertical and pore stress in a deep-sea sedimentary layer. CONSTITUTION: A production testing research device using a boring sample contained gas hydrate comprises a pressure cell(100), an axial pressurization part, a seawater injection part, a rear pressure control part, and a gas emission measurement part. The pressure cell accepts a boring sample which contains the gas hydrate. The axial pressurization part is equipped with an axial pressure piston(30) to apply vertical stress to the boring sample. The rear pressure control part controls the pore pressure of the boring sample due to seawater injected to the pressure cell. The gas emission measurement part is equipped with a wet gas meter which measures a gas emission rate from a fluid flow port.

    • PURPOSE: A seabed exploring device and method are provided to accurately recognize the location of an unmanned submarine because the transponder of an acoustic positioning system and the finger of a precise water depth measuring system are installed in the unmanned submarine. CONSTITUTION: A seabed exploring device comprises an unmanned submarine(10), a transponder(30) of an acoustic positioning system, a finger(40), a measuring unit, and a deposit collecting unit(110). The unmanned submarine is connected to a ship through a tracking cable. The transponder of the acoustic positioning system is installed in the unmanned submarine. The finger is installed in the unmanned submarine and outputs a signal which can be received by a receiver of a precise water depth measuring system installed in the ship. The measuring unit installed in the unmanned submarine to detect or measure various information on the seabed where the unmanned submarine is located. The deposit collecting unit collects deposits from the seabed when the unmanned submarine is landed on the seabed.
