    • The present invention relates to a double chilled air feeder for a mass spectrometer and a cooling device using the same and, more specifically, to a double chilled air feeder for a mass spectrometer and a cooling device using the same, capable of improving circulation and energy efficiency of a coolant by heat exchanging chilled air and warm air by a thermal conduction. Furthermore, the present invention comprises a thermal conduction section for heat exchanging the chilled air supplied from the outside and the warm air generated inside as an independent adiabatic section so that energy waste can be minimized. Also, a separate coolant circulation loop is included inside and outside additionally, based on the thermal conduction section, and an internal coolant circulation loop is independently included, thereby semi-permanently using a cooling device. In particular, the present invention is able to be easily applied to a device or a structure for which a consistent temperature and a sealing capability are required as well as electronic equipment for processing data of a microscopic area. Therefore, the present invention can be widely used and improve reliability and competitiveness in various fields including an electronic measuring equipment and a measuring system.
