      저잡음 및 이미지 억압의 헤테로다인 수신 장치는, 주파수 변환기의 구동부에 인덕터와 커패시터로 이루어져 이미지 주파수에서 직렬 공진하는 필터를 부가하여 이미지 주파수 대역에서는 임피던스가 낮아지게 하고, RF 신호 주파수 대역에서는 임피던스가 높아지도록 하여, 이미지 주파수 대역에서의 열잡음이 중간주파수 출력으로의 변환되는 이득을 억제하고, 이 필터는 저잡음 증폭기의 다음 단에서 수행되는 이미지 억압 기능도 수행한다.
      이와 같이 하면, 통신 시스템에서 시스템 성능의 주요 지표가 되는 잡음지수 특성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 원하는 신호에 심각한 왜곡을 가져올 수 있는 이미지 주파수 신호를 억압시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A photo detector(41) is used for converting an inputted optical signal to a current signal. A pre-amplifier(42) is used for converting the current signal to a voltage signal. A single-differential converter(43) is used for converting a single output signal of the pre-amplifier to a differential signal. A post amplifier(44) is used for amplifying the differential signal of the single-differential converter and remove an offset from an amplifying process and an offset from the differential signal. A determination unit(45) is used for deciding data from the differential signal of the post amplifier.

    • 본발명은아날로그집적회로(analog integrated circuit)에속하는분야로서인가되는전압신호를증폭하여 180°위상차를갖는차동전압신호(differential voltage signal)를출력하는싱글엔드입력증폭기(single-ended input amplifier)의회로에관한것이다. 종래의기술에따른도 2에요구되는공급전압(V)은상당히커야하는문제점이있다. 즉, "바이어스전압(V) = 2*V"를만족해야하기때문에, 공급전압(V)의최소값을제한하는요인이된다. 이에, 본발명에서는바이폴라트랜지스터(Q)의콜렉터와베이스사이에직류차단용결합캐패시터(C)를접속하여바이폴라트랜지스터(Q)의직류와교류를분리시킨다. 따라서, 바이폴라트랜지스터(Q, Q)의콜렉터전압을바이폴라트랜지스터(Q, Q)의베이스전압보다낮게가져갈수 있게한다. 따라서 2*V보다낮은바이어스전압(V)에서동작가능하게한다. 즉, 직류차단용결합캐패시터(C)는교류적으로단락된 것과같은동작을함으로써동작전압을더욱낮출수 있으므로보다낮은전압에서사용할수 있기때문에, 전력손실을줄일수 있고보다낮은전압에서활용가능하게함으로써최근의 RF 및아날로그집적회로의기술추세에적절한회로구조이다.

In the low power 4-phase voltage control oscillator, the first and the second orthogonal phase signals are applied to the back gates of the first and the second switching transistors(MN41,MN42) and the first and the second dynamic phase signals are applied to the back gates of the third and the fourth switching transistors(MN43,MN44).

    • PURPOSE: A quadrature voltage controlled oscillator using parallel coupling of a source terminal is provided to reduce the low frequency noise generated from plural coupling transistors by improving a structure of the quadrature voltage controlled oscillator. CONSTITUTION: A quadrature voltage controlled oscillator using parallel coupling of a source terminal includes the first delay cell(410) for outputting the first and the second inphase signals and the second delay cell(430) for outputting the first and the second orthogonal phase signals. The first delay cell includes the first differential voltage controlled oscillator(401) and the first and the second coupling transistors(MN41,MN42). The first differential voltage controlled oscillator is connected between a power source and the first current source. The first and the second coupling transistors are used for changing the first the intensity and the direction of the current of the second terminal to the third terminal according to the intensity of the first and the second orthogonal phase signals. The second delay cell includes the second differential voltage controlled oscillator(403) and the third and the fourth coupling transistors(MN43,MN44). The second differential voltage controlled oscillator is connected between the power source and the second current source. The third and the fourth coupling transistors are used for changing the first the intensity and the direction of the current of the second terminal to the third terminal according to the intensity of the first and the second inphase signals.

First PWM chip control unit(15) responds to a feedbacked signal of the output control unit(14) to control a voltage pulse width and detect variation of the voltage. First PWM chip(16) changes the voltage pulse width. Second voltage converter(20) receives the first output voltage from the first voltage converter(10) and responds to a number of switches or selection terminals to programmably select one from a number of set DC levels. The first converter(10) and the second converter(20) can be constructed as one module.
