    • 본발명은아날로그집적회로(analog integrated circuit)에속하는분야로서인가되는전압신호를증폭하여 180°위상차를갖는차동전압신호(differential voltage signal)를출력하는싱글엔드입력증폭기(single-ended input amplifier)의회로에관한것이다. 종래의기술에따른도 2에요구되는공급전압(V)은상당히커야하는문제점이있다. 즉, "바이어스전압(V) = 2*V"를만족해야하기때문에, 공급전압(V)의최소값을제한하는요인이된다. 이에, 본발명에서는바이폴라트랜지스터(Q)의콜렉터와베이스사이에직류차단용결합캐패시터(C)를접속하여바이폴라트랜지스터(Q)의직류와교류를분리시킨다. 따라서, 바이폴라트랜지스터(Q, Q)의콜렉터전압을바이폴라트랜지스터(Q, Q)의베이스전압보다낮게가져갈수 있게한다. 따라서 2*V보다낮은바이어스전압(V)에서동작가능하게한다. 즉, 직류차단용결합캐패시터(C)는교류적으로단락된 것과같은동작을함으로써동작전압을더욱낮출수 있으므로보다낮은전압에서사용할수 있기때문에, 전력손실을줄일수 있고보다낮은전압에서활용가능하게함으로써최근의 RF 및아날로그집적회로의기술추세에적절한회로구조이다.

    • PURPOSE: A pre-compensated linear amplification system using frequency double conversion is provided to minimize an output signal and improve linearity. CONSTITUTION: A digital pre-distortion unit (110) pre-distorts an input signal by comparing the input signal and a reference signal. A first up-conversion unit (120) converts a frequency of the signal pre-distorted by the digital pre-distortion unit using a locked local frequency. A first down-conversion unit converts a signal selected by a first frequency selection unit into a usable frequency by using a variable local frequency. A broadband amplifier (160) amplifies a signal selected as a specific frequency band in a second frequency selection unit. A coupling unit (175) couples an output signal of a signal output unit. An envelope signal detection unit (190) detects an envelope signal by receiving the pre-distorted signal of the digital pre-distortion unit and provides the envelope signal as a bias voltage of a push-pull amplifier.

The second transistor has a current pull function. The first and the second transistors may be a bipolar transistor or a field effect transistor. A biasing circuit minimizes the cross-over distortion of an output signal in an analog class AB amplifier for audio. The biasing circuit includes a first and second diodes(30,40), an upper current mirror circuit(50), a lower current mirror circuit(60).

    • An amplifier is provided to offer a gain variation of a wide band by installing an attenuator for bypassing on a rear end of the amplifier. An amplifier includes a common source amplifying unit(230), and a distortion attenuation unit(220). The common source amplifying unit has a first amplifying unit(231), a second amplifying unit(233), a first feedback unit(232), and a second feedback unit(234). The first amplifying unit receives a positive input signal. The second amplifying unit receives a negative input signal. The distortion attenuation unit is arranged at an output terminal of the common source amplifying unit, and attenuates the distortion of the signal. The first feedback unit has a first resistor unit and a first switching unit. The first resistor unit is coupled to an output terminal of the second amplifying unit and the input terminal of the first amplifying unit. The first switching unit is coupled to the first resistor unit in parallel. The second feedback unit has a second resistor unit and a second switching unit. The second resistor unit is coupled to an input terminal of the second amplifying unit and an output terminal of the first amplifying unit. The second switching unit is coupled to the second resistor unit in parallel.
