PURPOSE: A frequency conversion circuit is provided to improve a converted noise characteristic and a linear characteristic by using a transistor for performing simultaneously a bleeding current source function and a driving amplifying function. CONSTITUTION: A frequency conversion circuit comprises a transistor for bleeding(M2) used for a bleeding current source. A drain electrode of the transistor for bleeding(M2) is connected with a drain electrode of a driving amplifying transistor(M1) and source electrodes of switching transistors(M2,M3). A source of the transistor for bleeding is connected with a power source(VDD). A gate electrode of the transistor for bleeding receives an RF(Radio Frequency) signal.
