    • PURPOSE: A vacuum pump and a vane rotor for vacuum pumps are provided to reduce the pressure of compressed air and oil by installing a bypass unit capable of additionally discharging the compressed air and oil inside a rotor. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum pump comprises a case (110), a rotor (120), a vane (130), a cover unit, and a bypass unit. An inlet path and an outlet path in which the air are each supplied/discharged on the bottom are formed in the case and the top surface of the case is opened. The rotor is connected to the inside of the case and rotates. The vane is reciprocating on the rotor by the rotary motion of the rotor so that both ends are in contact with the inner surface of the case. The vane provides vacuum pressure to the inlet path and discharge pressure to the outlet path. The cover unit covers an opened part of the case. The bypass unit is formed at the rotor and bypasses compressed air and oil discharged to the outside through the outlet path.

    • PURPOSE: An exhaust gas recirculation valve and a housing for the same are provided to prevent the transfer of heat generated from exhaust gas to a driving motor by placing a coolant path between the driving motor and an exhaust path. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas recirculation valve(1) comprises a motor mounting unit(111), an exhaust gas passage(121), a valve unit(200), and a coolant path. A driving motor(3) is installed at the motor mounting unit, and the motor mounting unit is formed in the housing(100). The exhaust gas passage is adjacently formed to the motor mounting unit, and formed in the housing. Exhaust gas discharged from an engine flows in the exhaust gas passage. The valve unit is adjacently installed to the motor mounting unit, and formed in the housing. The valve unit selectively opens and closes the exhaust gas passage by being supplied with power from the driving motor. The coolant path is formed between the exhaust gas passage and the motor mounting unit to emit heat generated in the exhaust gas passage.

The converter converts the power source, from a battery, into the power which can be supplied to the main printed circuit board.

The driving part is installed at the one side of the valve housing. The valve part is installed at the flow path line of the valve housing. The valve part is delivered with driving force generated in the driving part and controls the flow of the exhaust gas flowing through the flow path line at the same time. The heat blocking plate is installed between the valve housing and the driving part. The heat blocking plate prevents the damage to the driving part due to the exhaust gas of the high temperature moved through the flow path line.
