    • PURPOSE: An annealing furnace is provided to anneal a plurality of coils, which should be annealed at different temperatures because of different components, in the same batch by partitioning off the space into a plurality of independent spaces and controlling each independent space under a separate annealing temperature condition. CONSTITUTION: An annealing furnace comprises an annealing furnace body(100), fixed partitions(160a,160b), a coil car(170), and movable partitions(150a,150b). The annealing furnace body charges and anneals a coil. The fixed partitions partition off the inner space of the annealing furnace body and are formed with an opening and a first fastening part. The coil car reciprocates through the opening to transfer the coil into the annealing furnace. The movable partitions are formed to correspond to the opening of the fixed partitions and to be fixed to the coil car, and has a second fastening part to be fastened with the first fastening part. The movable partitions are fastened to the fixed partitions to divide the inner space of the annealing furnace body into independent spaces(110a,110b,110c).     • PURPOSE: A pickling method of Ti(Titanium) cold rolled steel sheets is provided to reduce pickling reaction time by effectively removing oxide scales of Ti and to perform pickling without a salt bathtub and a sulfate bathtub. CONSTITUTION: A pickling method of Ti cold rolled steel sheets is as follows. Ti cold rolled steel sheets are annealed and heat-treated at 700-750°C. The Ti cold rolled steel sheets contact with brush rolls(7) and are mechanically pretreated. The Ti cold rolled steel sheets are pickled in a mixed acid bath(8) by a pickling solution. The mixed acid bath includes nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid. After the pickling reaction is accelerated while contacting the pickled Ti cold rolled steel sheets with brush rolls(9), the Ti cold rolled steel sheets are additionally pickled. The additionally pickled Ti cold rolled steel sheets are washed and rinsed.

The low temperature transformed structure comprises at least one of martensite and bainite.
