    • A method to manufacture stainless steels is disclosed. The disclosed method to manufacture the stainless steels comprises: a first shot blast step of removing scales formed on the surface of a continuous column slab generated in a continuous casting process; a reheating step by inserting the continuous column slab processed in the first shot blast step to a heating furnace; a rolling step of rolling the re-heated slab through a roughing mill and a finishing mill; an annealing and heating step of annealing and heating the rolled slab; a second shot blast step of removing the scales formed on the surface of the slab processed in the annealing and heating step; and a pickling step of pickling the slab processed in the second shot blast step. According to the present invention, stainless steels having excellent surface quality can be manufactured.

      이 산세방법은 산세전처리와 혼합산세액으로 산세하는 티타늄 판재의 산세방법에 있어서, 상기 산세전처리는 연마석의 입자가 JIS No.80메쉬 이하로 충진된 제1 브러쉬를 사용하여 연마하는 제1 브러쉬 연마단계; 질산-불산의 혼합산세액이 수용된 제1 혼산조에서 산세하는 제1 산세단계; 연마석의 입자가 JIS No.100메쉬 이상으로 충진된 제2 브러쉬를 사용하여 연마하는 제2 브러쉬 연마단계; 및 질산-불산의 혼합산세액이 수용된 제2 혼산조에서 산세하는 제2 산세단계;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
      본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명의 티타늄 판재의 산세방법은 빠른 산세속도를 유지하면서도 우수한 표면조도를 확보하여 최종제품으로 열연 티타늄 판재를 사용하는 경우 부식 환경에서 내식성을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 열연판재를 냉연할 때 표면조도가 나쁠 경우 발생할 수 있는 표면품질 열화를 방지할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.

    • A method for continuously removing scales on the surface of a cold rolled low Cr ferritic stainless strip within a short time is provided. A high-speed electrolytic pickling method of low Cr ferritic stainless steel comprises: adding 5 to 40 g/L of Fe^3+ to a neutral salt solution and controlling Cr^6+ to 20g/L or less in the neutral salt solution; and adjusting a pH of the neutral salt solution to 3 to pickle the low Cr ferritic stainless steel at a high speed. The low Cr ferritic stainless steel is pickled at an applied current of 2,000 A and a solution temperature of 50 to 80 deg.C.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a pickling process of a non-annealing austenite stainless steel which lowers the quantity of metal eluted in solution and the concentration of acid so that it secures pickling speed and pickling property. CONSTITUTION: In the pickling process which pretreats non-annealing austenite stainless steel at a sulfuric acid bath and then pickles at a mixed acid bath, the pickling process of the non-annealing austenite stainless steel is characterized by keeping conditions of the mixed acid bath to be 120-150g/L for nitric acid, 40-140g/L for fluoric acid, 60-65 deg.C at temperature, 30-60 seconds for pickling duration and less than 20g/L at metal ion concentration among acid solutions.

    • PURPOSE: A clean acid cleansing method of ferrite stainless steel is provided to clean a ferrite stainless steel by using only a sulfuric acid tub without using a mixed acid tub causing environmental pollution due to generation of NOx. CONSTITUTION: A portion of scales on a steel sheet passing through an annealing blaster or a shot blaster is removed mechanically by using a device(18) such as a grinding brush. To eliminate generation of NOx due to use of a mixed acid tub originally, 15-25g/l of Fe(NO3)3*9H2O is added to perform as a mixed acid tub in a sulfuric acid tub(4) and to secure the speed of a general acid cleansing. The acid cleansing is performed under the condition of the temperature of the sulfuric acid tub is 90-100°C and the concentration is 150-200g/l. By performing acid cleansing by using only the sulfuric acid tub, the concentration is set up higher than a general cleansing method. The amount of metal molten in a solution is reduced and the use amount of acid is reduced thereby.
