    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for checking the manufacturing process of a digital x-ray detector are provided to check foremgin materials between a TFT substrate and a photoconductive layer in detail. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for checking the manufacturing process of a digital x-ray detector comprises a visible light irradiation unit(10), a transmitted light irradiation unit(20), and a light receiving unit(30). The visible light irradiation unit irradiates visible light to one surface of a substrate(45). The transmitted light irradiation unit irradiates light passing through a photoconductive layer(40) to the other surface of the substrate. The light receiving unit collects the visible light and the light passing through the photoconductive layer.

    • A digital radiation detector capable of double energy detection and a detecting method thereof are disclosed.
