    • PURPOSE: An injection sleeve for die casting is provided to protect sleeve from thermal impact and load impact of molten metal on a specific spot of the sleeve. CONSTITUTION: An injection sleeve for die casting comprises a sleeve(10), a protective layer(20), and a friction reducing unit. The sleeve has a pouring gate(11) and is equipped with an injection plunger(1) inside. The protective layer shields the inner wall of the sleeve. The protective layer is made of material having high melting point, high hardness, and high thermal conductivity. The friction reducing unit minimizes rubbing between the protective layer and the injection plunger. The friction reducing unit comprises a micro slit formed on the surface of the protective layer.

    • The present invention relates to a spray head for die casting which sprays a release agent onto a cavity of a mold main body and comprises: a main block that is movably connected to the mold main body and which moves near to the cavity and discharges the air and release agent separately; multiple mixing valves that are integrally combined with the main block and which have mixture outlets for discharging the mixture of the air and release agent; multiple spray tubes to which the mixture is supplied from the mixture outlets of the mixing valves and which spray the mixture onto the cavity by being extended toward the cavity; a plate-shaped adapter that is integrally fixed on the multiple mixing valve and communicated with each mixture outlet in a sealed state and which has multiple mixture flow paths provided for supplying the mixture to each spray tube; and a spray tube cassette that is detachably combined with the adapter and which has multiple communication holes provided for communicating with each of the multiple mixture flow paths in a sealed state and combined with the spray tubes respectively. The spray tubes are capable of being combined with the mixing valves in a lump, since the spray tube cassette is detachably connected to the mixing valve while the spray tubes are combined with the communication holes of the spray tube cassette respectively; and of being compatible with the mixing valve by using an adapter, since the spray tube cassette is communicated through the adapter with the mixing valve.
