    • A method for repairing a pavement and a device thereof are provided to reduce repairing time of the asphalt concrete pavement, and to improve the reliability by promptly hardening an adhesive with a heater in repairing the broken pavement. A pavement repairing device includes a power vehicle moving on a pavement with a generator, an electromagnetic wave generator installed in front of the power vehicle and connected to the generator to radiate electromagnetic waves, and a heater(6) combined with a heating body to radiate infrared rays by heating in supplying power to an operating body(60). A shield layer is formed in the electromagnetic wave generator to prevent the electromagnetic wave from being exposed out of the pavement, and a shield plate(62) is combined with an upper part of the heater to guide infrared rays downward. An adhesive is heated and cured below the ignition point for 10 to 50 minutes with the heater.

    • A method for constructing a nonslip groove in a road surface and a device thereof are provided to reduce the construction period by constructing the nonslip groove with a road surface heater and a groove processing machine, and to lengthen the life span of the pavement by increasing the tensile strength of the road. A road surface of a pavement(1) is heated by using a road surface heater(3) to apply flexibility, and a nonslip groove(2) is formed by pressing the road surface of the flexible pavement with a groove processing machine(5). The tensile strength of the pavement is increased by spreading a hardening agent on the nonslip groove. The road surface heater applies flexibility by heating the road surface of the pavement with electromagnetic waves at temperature of 120 to 140 deg.C. A heater cures the hardening agent spread on the nonslip groove by heating for 1 to 50 minutes according to temperature change. An electromagnetic wave generator(20) is installed in front of a power vehicle(10) and moved up and down by a height adjusting member(21). The pavement is heated by radiating electromagnetic waves from a magnetron in applying power from a generator(11) to the magnetron.

CONSTITUTION: A method for construction of an anti-slip groove comprises the following steps. A grooving construction mode is selected through a key input unit of a smart control module. The width of the non-slip groove, the depth of the non-slip groove, and an interval to the adjacent groove are selected. A smart micom unit displays contents by an application through a java virtual machine on a screen of a display unit according to grooving sections. 1:1 action order signals are transmitted to a cutter for the formation of an anti-slip groove on a road according to the grooving section displayed on the screen. A circular blade of the cutter is set up according to the width of the non-slip groove, the depth of the non-slip groove, and an interval to the adjacent groove.

A method for repairing cracks in an asphalt paved road comprises the steps of: crushing cracks in an asphalt paved road into a triangular, trapezoidal or fan-shaped repair groove using a triangular, trapezoidal or fan-shaped drum of a grooving machine; clearing away the crushed asphalt remains and pollutants using a brush truck; spraying an adhesive composition to the triangular repair groove of the cleared paved road using a sprayer; drying and curing the sprayed adhesive composition using a dryer; spreading a repair composition to the triangular, trapezoidal or fan-shaped repair groove with the adhesive composition sprayed using a spreader; tamping the triangular, trapezoidal or fan-shaped repair groove with the repair composition spread primarily using a tamper; and heating the surface of the paved road, the adhesive composition sprayed on the surface of the paved road, and the repair composition spread on the adhesive composition, and tamping and curing secondarily using a tamper.
