    • A heat exchanger according to the present invention comprises: multiple refrigerant pipes forming a first and a second row; and fins coupled to the refrigerant pipes in the first and the second row, and having partitioning parts defining interface areas between the refrigerant pipes in the first row and the refrigerant pipes in the second row, wherein the partitioning parts have: multiple cutting parts formed when at least one part of the fins are cut, and separating the refrigerant pipes in the first row and the refrigerant pipes in the second row; and connecting parts defined between the cutting parts, and connecting the refrigerant pipes in the first row and the refrigerant pipes in the second row. In addition, a manufacturing method of the heat exchanger according to the present invention comprises: a step of manufacturing the fins with the cutting parts and the connecting parts; a step of coupling the fins to the refrigerant pipes; a step of performing a bending process; and a step of separating the fins, which are arranged on the bending part, by cutting the connecting parts formed on the bending part, wherein the cutting parts separate the refrigerant pipes in the first row and the refrigerant pipes in the second row, and the connecting parts defined between the cutting parts connect the refrigerant pipes in the first row and the refrigerant pipes in the second row.

    • 본 발명은 공기 조화기에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 공기 조화기 내부에서 생성된 응축수가 외부로 배출되는 과정에서 발생되는 소음이 저감되는 공기 조화기의 응축수 배출 구조에 관한 것이다.
      본 발명에 따른 공기 조화기의 응축수 배출 구조는 공기 조화기 내부에서 생성된 응축수가 배출되도록 하는 드레인 호스; 상기 드레인 호스의 내부에 삽입되어 표면 장력에 의해서 상기 드레인 호스를 지나는 응축수가 외부로 원활히 배출되도록 하는 가이드 부재가 포함되며, 상기 드레인 호스의 직경은 10㎜이하이고, 상기 드레인 호스 내부의 응축수는 표면 장력에 의해서 상기 가이드 부재를 따라 이동하는것을 특징으로 한다.
      이와 같은 본 발명에 의해서 상기 드레인 호스의 내부에 상기 응축수의 배출이 가이드되도록 하는 가이드 부재가 구비됨에 따라 응축수가 외부로 원활히 배출될 수 있는 효과가 있다.

    • A heat exchanger is provided to form rear slit parts of rear fins to be biased toward front tubes for destroying air flow boundary layers generating low speed areas behind the front tubes, thereby carrying out heat exchange behind the front tubes smoothly. A heat exchanger includes tubes aligned in front and rear lines on the basis of air flow direction, and mounted with fins. The fins are divided into front and rear fins(20a,20b) and have slit parts(30;32,34) formed of slits aligned in a plurality of lines. The slit parts formed to the rear fins are biased to front ends of the rear fins for removing low speed areas formed behind the front tubes.
