    • An air conditioner according to the present invention comprises: a compressor for compressing refrigerant; an outdoor heat exchanger having a pre-heat exchanging unit and a post-heat exchanging unit connected by a connection flow path, wherein outdoor air exchanges heat with the post-heat exchanging unit after first exchanging heat with the pre-heat exchanging unit; an expanding device for expanding the refrigerant; a cooling-and-heating reversing valve for reversing cooling operation and heating operation; an indoor heat exchanger for evaporating the refrigerant expanded in the expanding device during cooling operation and condensing the refrigerant compressed in the compressor during heating operation; and an outdoor heat exchanger counter flow module for guiding, to the expanding device, the refrigerant discharged from the pre-heat exchanging unit while guiding, to the post-heat exchanging unit, the refrigerant discharged from the cooling-and-heating reversing valve during cooling operation, and guiding, to the cooling-and-heating reversing valve, the refrigerant discharged from the pre-heat exchanging unit while guiding, to the post-heat exchanging unit, the refrigerant discharged from the expanding device during heating operation. Therefore, the outdoor heat exchanger has excellent heat exchanging performance because the refrigerant and the outdoor air exchange heat from the outdoor heat exchanger to counter flow during cooling operation and heating operation.

    • An air conditioner of the present invention includes: an evaporator which has a plurality of coolant fluid paths for evaporating a coolant; a compressor for compressing the coolant evaporated in the evaporator; a condenser for condensing the coolant compressed in the compressor; an expansion unit for expanding the coolant condensed in the condenser; and an evaporator header distributor which has an evaporator inlet header distributor for distributing the coolant expanded in the expansion unit. The evaporator inlet header distributor comprises: a header body which has a space inside; a coolant inlet pipe for guiding the coolant expanded in the expansion unit to the lower part of the space; and a plurality of coolant outlet pipes for discharging the coolant in the space to the coolant fluid paths. A plurality of liquid coolant suction pipes, which guide the liquid coolant in the lower part of the space, are connected to the coolant outlet pipes so that the two-phase coolant flown from the expansion unit to the evaporator inlet header distributor is gas-liquid separated within the distributor body. The concentration of the liquid coolant to a part of the coolant fluid paths of the evaporator can be minimized by remixing the gas-phase coolant sucked into the coolant outlet pipe after being separated from the liquid coolant and the liquid coolant sucked into the liquid suction pipe after being separated from the gas-phase coolant in the coolant outlet pipe, and the efficiency of the evaporator can be increased by uniformly distributing the two-phase coolant to the coolant fluid paths of the evaporator.

According to the present invention, the air conditioner can uniformly distribute a two-phase coolant to the coolant output pipes with a simple structure.
