According to an embodiment of the present invention, a tube is inserted into a through-hole formed in a fin coated with a filler material, the tube is attached to a collar of the fin through the filler material by brazing process, wherein no flange is formed at an upper end of the collar vertically protruding from a planar surface of the through-hole that forms the fin. The tube is formed of an aluminum material and a gap between the outer circumference of the tube and an inner circumference of the collar may be 0.1 mm or less. Accordingly, a contact resistance generated when a fin-tube type heat exchanger is manufactured through a mechanical tube expansion method can be reduced, and no deformation of a groove formed in the tube is generated, heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger is improved.

A plurality of liquid coolant suction pipes, which guide the liquid coolant in the lower part of the space, are connected to the coolant outlet pipes so that the two-phase coolant flown from the expansion unit to the evaporator inlet header distributor is gas-liquid separated within the distributor body. The concentration of the liquid coolant to a part of the coolant fluid paths of the evaporator can be minimized by remixing the gas-phase coolant sucked into the coolant outlet pipe after being separated from the liquid coolant and the liquid coolant sucked into the liquid suction pipe after being separated from the gas-phase coolant in the coolant outlet pipe, and the efficiency of the evaporator can be increased by uniformly distributing the two-phase coolant to the coolant fluid paths of the evaporator.

The electric heat exchanging unit is coated to be water repellent. The post heat exchanging unit is coated with to be hydrophilic.
