The blocking unit is fixed to the boss unit and is formed to be faced to the rim unit. The blocking unit, which is arranged between the light emitting unit and the light receiving unit according to the displacement of the boss unit caused by the transformation of the spokes, blocks the lights emitted by the light emitting unit, thereby controlling the amount of received lights of the light receiving unit.
