    • PURPOSE: A polymer electrolyte composition is provided to have excellent affinity with organic solvent comprised in electrolyte, excellent ion conductivity, and excellent adhesion with electrode, and to have simple production process because a crosslinking process by irradiation with heat or UV ray is not required. CONSTITUTION: A polymer electrolyte composition for a dye-sensitized solar battery comprises a poly(alkylenecarbonate) based polymer comprising a repeating unit in chemical formula 1, a High-boilling-point solvent, an oxidation·reduction derivative, and a ceramic particle. In chemical formula 1, R is hydrogen, C1-20 linear, cyclic or branched alkyl group(In here, the alkyl group can comprises a hetero atom such as oxygen, sulfur, nitrogen, fluorine), or a C6-20 aromatic group. The poly(aclkylenecarbonate) based polymer has a weight average molecular weight of 1,000-1,000,000.
