    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing anhydrous crystal adefovir dipivoxil is provided to obtain novel adefovir dipivoxil crystal with excellent physiochemical and pharmacological stability. CONSTITUTION: An anhydrous crystal adefovir dipivoxil has a special peak at 2.3~2.8, 4~4.5, 8~8.5, 12.5~12.9, 17~17.3, 21.4~21.5, 25.8~25.9 and 30.2~30.3 in a power X-ray diffraction pattern. A pharmaceutical composition contains the anhydrous crystal adefovir dipivoxil and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient. The anhydrous crystal adefovir dipivoxil is prepared by drowning out-crystallization using organic or inorganic solvent as an anti-solvent and using ionic liquid as a solvent. The ionic liquid is based on imidazolium. The ionic liquid is 1-aryl-3-ethylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate.
    • 目的:制备无水晶体阿德福韦酯的方法,获得具有优异的物理化学和药理学稳定性的新型阿德福韦酯。 构成:无功晶体阿德福韦酯在功率X射线衍射中具有2.3〜2.8,4〜4.5,8〜8.5,12.5〜12.9,17〜17.3,21.4〜21.5,25.8〜25.9〜30.2〜30.3的特殊峰 模式。 药物组合物含有无水晶体阿德福韦酯和药学上可接受的载体或赋形剂。 无水结晶阿德福韦酯通过使用有机或无机溶剂作为反溶剂淹没结晶并使用离子液体作为溶剂来制备。 离子液体基于咪唑鎓。 离子液体是1-芳基-3-乙基咪唑鎓四氟硼酸盐。
