    • 본발명은 PFC 제어회로, 액티브 PFC 회로및 PFC 제어방법에관한것이다. 본발명의하나의실시예에따라, PFC 회로의인덕터전류를센싱하는인덕터전류센싱부; PFC 회로의출력으로부터센싱된출력전압을피드백시켜피드백출력신호를출력하는출력전압피드백부; PFC 회로의스위칭듀티온 시인덕터전류센싱부에서센싱된센싱전압신호를출력하고, PFC 회로의스위칭듀티오프시 센싱전압신호에피드백출력신호를부가시켜출력하는센싱및 피드백신호인가부; 및내부오프셋에의한산포가제거또는감소되도록센싱및 피드백신호인가부의출력으로부터비교신호를생성하고비교신호와제1 기준신호로부터스위칭듀티를제어하는듀티제어신호를생성하여출력하는 PFC 제어부;를포함하는 PFC 제어회로가제안된다. 또한, 액티브 PFC 회로및 PFC 제어방법이제안된다.

    • Disclosed is a switching converter comprising: a transformer (T) inducing primary side energy into a secondary side not to overlap a turn-on section of a primary side switch (SW) with a turn-on section of a secondary side synchronous rectifying switch (SR SW); a switch (SW) connected to a primary coil of the transformer (T) for switching primary side voltage; a synchronous rectifier (SR) connected to a secondary coil of the transformer (T) for rectifying the secondary side voltage; and a delay locked loop connected between the secondary coil and the synchronous rectifier (SR), wherein the delay locked loop generates a signal synchronized with a turn-on control signal of the switch (SW) and outputs the synchronized signal to the synchronous rectifier (SR) to control the turn-off operation of the synchronous rectifier (SR).

    • The present invention relates to a power supply device in a switch mode and a switching control circuit thereof. The power supply device in the switch mode according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a power supply circuit and the switching control circuit. The power supply circuit generates output power having a predetermined voltage level by switching input power, which is generated by rectifying AC power, by a switching transistor. The switching control circuit comprises a charging/discharging unit and a charging/discharging control unit. The charging/discharging unit generates charging current which charges the switching transistor and discharging current which discharges the switching transistor. The charging/discharging control unit determines the charging or discharging of the switching transistor according to a voltage level of the output power. The amount of the charging current and the discharging current is changed according to the voltage level of the input power.
