    • 본 발명은 적층 세라믹 소결체에 외부전극 페이스트를 도포하고 소성하는 적층형 세라믹 부품의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이 방법은, 내부전극과 유전체층을 교대로 적층한 세라믹 소결체에 비금속 분말을 주성분으로 하는 외부전극 페이스트를 도포하고, 소성하는 적층형 세라믹 부품의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 소성온도가 500℃이상의 온도에서 3~12%의 수증기와 나머지 불활성 가스분위기에서 소성하는 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 외부전극의 잔탄량을 줄일 수 있기 때문에 다음과 같은 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 첫째는 외부전극표면에 글래스 프리트의 용출현상을 개선할 수 있다. 둘째는 외부전극이 세라믹 표면에서 떨어져 부풀어 오르는 현상인 블래스터 블량 개선이 가능하다. 셋째는 잔탄량이 절대량 감소 및 산포 감소에 의해 생산량이 증가된다.
