    • A method for manufacturing a thin film transistor substrate is provided to improve electrical characteristics of a thin film transistor by neutralizing a surface of a gate insulating layer. A gate electrode(20) is formed on a substrate(10). A gate insulating layer(30) is formed on the gate electrode. A channel region is defined on the gate insulating layer by using a source electrode(260) and a drain electrode(265). A neutralization process is performed to neutralize the channel region. A bank insulating layer(70) is formed on the source electrode and the drain electrode. An organic semiconductor layer(100) is formed on a predetermined region which is prepared by the bank insulating layer.

    • PURPOSE: An exposing apparatus including a blind and a method for driving the same are provided to improve the display quality of a liquid crystal display panel by preventing the generation of stains on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: An exposing apparatus includes a light source(510), a mask, a blind(530), and a blind driver(550). The light source emits light at a constant cycle. The mask is arranged on the upper side of a substrate and includes an exposing window with pre-set patterns. The blind is arranged on the upper side of the exposing window. The blind moves to one direction in order to block the non-exposed region of the substrate. The blind includes a plurality of blocking plates. The blocking plates pass through the exposing window for the non-light emitting period of the light source and are returned. The blind driver includes a plurality of motors and a motor controlling unit. The motors drive the blocking plates. The motor controlling unit synchronized with the light emitting signal of the light source and controls the operations of the motors.

An organic semiconductor is formed inside the first hole and is connected to the drain electrode and the source electrode. A pixel electrode is connected with the source electrode through the second hole.
