    • A punching method is provided to reduce variance of processing precision even with plural shafts and to improve processing precision overall. A punching machine used in a punching method comprises a table(1) supported by a guide(30) to be freely moved on a bed(31) in an X direction; a print baseboard(2) decided of position on the table by standard pins(3a,3b); a cross rail(32) fixed over the table at the bed; a guide(33) installed on the front side of the cross rail; a cross slide(34) supported by the guide to be freely moved by a motor(35) and a transfer screw(36) along the guide; and plural housings(37) fixed at the front side of the cross slide. The housing has a spindle inside; a bearing supported by the spindle to be freely moved up and down; a motor(38) fixed at the upper side of the housing to move the spindle through a shaft(39) in a Z direction; and a control unit(40) regulating movement of each unit according to processing program. The punching method comprises the steps for calculating X-way and Y-way deviations about a designed shaft of a drill every certain frequency of each spindle; and processing about at least one sort diameter hole with each spindle if over two sorts of diameter holes and otherwise simultaneously processing the other diameter holes by all the spindles.

    • A printed circuit board machining apparatus and a drilling method thereof are provided to achieve improved accuracy of machining without increasing the size of the machining apparatus. A printed circuit board machining apparatus includes a plurality of tables on which printed circuit boards(1a,1b) are mounted; an X-axis driving unit for moving the tables along the X axis; cross slides arranged on the tables; a Y-axis driving unit for moving the cross slides along the Y axis; spindles supported on the cross slides; and a Z-axis driving unit for moving the spindles along the Z axis. The axial line of a drill which is mounted on the spindle to be rotatable by the X-axis and Y-axis driving units is positioned at a machining position. Subsequently, the drill is introduced to the printed circuit board by the Z-axis driving unit and performs a drilling process. The printed circuit board machining apparatus includes a controller for controlling the X-axis and Y-axis driving units and performing a drilling process by moving at least one of the X-axis and Y-axis in a reverse direction.
