    • A silver conductive film suitable for the rear-surface, electrode-side conductive layer of a thin-film solar cell, and a production method thereof. Since the thin-film solar cell, although higher in incident light utilization efficiency than a bulk type solar cell, has a thin photoelectric conversion layer, it is difficult to directly form a texture structure, for effectively utilizing an incident light, on an incident surface, and that portion of a light that cannot be absorbed by the photoelectric layer is reflected off the conductive layer to be returned to the photoelectric layer. However, the problem is that there exists no such a conductive film suitable for the above conductive layer as being low in resistance, high in reflectance, and excellent in close contact with a substrate, and having a texture structure. The above problem is solved by providing a silver conductive film having a texture structure in which silver particles are sintered on a substrate, a porosity of a film section is up to 3 pieces/mum2, and surface roughness Ra is 10-100nm.
