    • PURPOSE: A processor of fuel evaporative gases for vehicles and a method thereof is provided to prevent fuel evaporative gases from being discharged to the air caused by exceeding a collection volume of a canister. CONSTITUTION: A processor of fuel evaporative gases for vehicles comprises a fuel tank(1), a canister(3), a shutoff valve(7), PCSV(Purge Control Solenoid Valve)(11), and a controller(13). The canister collects fuel evaporative gases generated from the fuel tank. The shutoff valve opens and closes vapor pipelines(5), which connects the fuel tank to the canister. The PCSV purges the fuel evaporative gas collected in the canister to an intake manifold(9). The controller controls the shutoff valve and the PCSV.

    • A urea solution pump unit according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a stator around which an electromagnetic forming magnetic flux is fixed and arranged; an inner housing inserted and fixed to adhere to an inner side of the stator; a rotor which is fixed by a shaft penetrating the center, and is inserted and supported as being able to rotate through the entrance of the shaft, and is embedded with a permanent magnet; a pump upper casing which is installed to close the entrance, and is penetrated to rotate the shaft of the rotor; a pump set which is arranged on the pump upper casing in order to be operated by the shaft protruding through the pump upper casing; and a pump lower casing which support the shaft along the axial direction to be able to rotate as being connected to the pump set, and has an absorption hole connected to the pump set. The pump set operated by the rotation of the shaft absorbs urea solution through the absorption hole, and discharges the urea solution on the opposite side of the pump set to the rotor through a space between an outer circumference of the rotor and the path of the pump upper casing and an inner circumference of the inner housing. Therefore, the pump set is comprised at one side on a coaxial shaft of the motor, and the urea solution absorbed to the pump set is discharged to the other side of the motor through the space between the rotor and the stator, and thus an assembly structure is improved and costs are reduced. Also, heat radiation of the motor is reduced by the structure in which the urea solution passes through between the rotor and the stator. and a sealing structure of the stator and the inner housing inserted into the stator is improved, and durability is improved by that a friction part is lubricated by the urea solution.
