    • PURPOSE: An electro compressor is provided to efficiently reduce the noise occurred by degrading the bearing due to a temperature rise by supplying low temperature refrigerant to the inside of the bearing boss in order to efficiently cool and lubricate the outer periphery of the bearing. CONSTITUTION: An electro compressor comprises a driving unit(3), a compression unit(6), and a control unit(7). The driving unit generates driving force with interaction of a rotor(41) and a stator(35). The compression unit compress refrigerant which flows in a driving unit housing(31) through a refrigerant inlet(23) by compression activity of a rolling scroll(53) and a fixed scroll(55). The rolling scroll is connected to one end of the driving unit and rotates with rotation driving force generated in the driving unit. The fixed scroll is generated corresponding to the rolling scroll. The control unit controls operation of the driving unit by electrically being connected to the stator of the driving unit. The bearing boss(43), in which a bearing(39) is installed, includes a refrigerant pathway connecting the inside of the bearing boss and the outside of the bearing boss, and the inlet of the refrigerant pathway is located in a place spaced from the exit of the refrigerant inlet.
