    • PURPOSE: A coupling is provided to release or insert a buffer member mounted inside toward outside of a radial direction without removing a driving motor or machine instrument, and to easily replace and install the buffer member. CONSTITUTION: A pair of connect blocks(15) forming a projecting part(20) are separately mounted on end portions of a driving shaft(5) and a driven shaft(7). A buffer member contains a buffer wing(35) inserted between the projecting parts by being mounted between the connect blocks. One of the projecting parts of the connect blocks is removably mounted outside a radial direction of the connect blocks. The buffer member inserted between the connect blocks is removed or inserted by separating the projecting part from the connect blocks. A coupling conveniently replaces the buffer member by easily inserting or removing the buffer member from the connect block through separating the protecting part to the radial direction of the connect block.

    • A fluid coupling with a safety pin is provided to employ a safety pin having a simple structure so that the safety pin is easily mounted on the fluid coupling. A housing(30) has through holes(35) at one side of an outer peripheral surface. The through holes(35) are formed on an oil chamber(31). A plug(40) is coupled to the oil chamber(31) while maintaining the tightness of the through holes(35), such that while the bottom surface of the plug(40) faces the oil chamber(31). The plug(40) has a concave groove(41). A safety pin(45) has one end portion fixed by a lead alloy and a front end portion protruding to the outside of the housing(30). A sensor(60) is positioned at the outside of the housing(30) so as to be close to the front end portion of the safety pin(45). The safety pin(45) makes touch with the sensor if the lead alloy is melted by the temperature of the oil. The sensor(60) detects the touch of the safety pin(45) to control a driving shaft.

The connection shaft is rotatably coupled at the center of the housing to couple the driving impeller or the driven impeller. A bushing groove(25) is formed to the connection shaft. A bushing(30) is press-fitted in the bushing groove and comprises a shaft hole(31) in which a driving shaft(11) of a driving device(10) or a driven shaft(13) of a driven device(12) is coupled.

    • A disk coupling is provided to improve cushioning against the effects of shocks and vibrations and achieve a large torque transmission by manufacturing the disk coupling with a rubber material with flexibility, so that the disk coupling can be employed as a torque transmission device of a diesel engine. A disk coupling(10) for torque transmission between a drive shaft and a driven shaft, comprises outer and inner flanges(30,31), and a rubber disk(32). The outer and inner flanges, each shaped as a ring with different diameter, have a connecting hole(35) in regular intervals along the circumference respectively. The rubber disk is inserted between an inner periphery of the outer flange and an outer periphery of the inner flange, so that the inner and outer flanges are placed on a concentric circle. The rubber disk comprises a high-hardness rubber disk(33) and a low-hardness rubber disk(34) that are integrated with each other, wherein the low-hardness rubber disk is made by filling rubber between the inner flange and the high-hardness rubber disk, with the inner flange and high-hardness rubber disk are placed on the concentric circle.

The first flange protrudes to the circumference of the first hub and includes a plurality of first fastening holes (39) to which a fastening unit is fastened. The lower coupler includes a second hub (34) and a second flange (36). The second hub includes a second shaft hole (38) in which a driving shaft (10) is inserted. The second flange is protruding to the circumference of the second hub and includes a plurality of second fastening holes (40) fastened by the fastening unit. The support plate is attached to the end surface of the first shaft hole of the upper coupler and supports sagging of the driving shaft or the driven shaft.
