    • The present invention relates to a system for preventing the crime of a road by controlling light through vehicle change sensing analysis and a control method thereof. The system for preventing the crime of the road related to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a light unit, a camera, a control unit, and an output unit. The light unit emits the light to the outside. The camera photographs a first image by using the light emitted from the light unit. The control unit detects one or more first passengers included in the first image; tracks the detected first passenger; and determines whether or not the tracked first passenger is located in a part of predetermined first area. When the first passenger is located in at least a part of first area, the output unit outputs first information which notifies danger to the first passenger according to the control unit. The control unit controls the light unit to emit the light when the light generated by one or more first vehicles are sensed only through the camera and changes the illumination of the light unit corresponding to the speed change and the direction change of the first vehicle.

    • The present invention relates to a driving type automatic traffic enforcement system and a method thereof which are able to: correct the shaking of an image due to the movement of an enforcement vehicle by using an image stabilization algorithm in the driving type illegal parking/stopping crackdown system; perform an accurate license plate number recognition by obtaining an image of clear image quality by using a focus degradation method; and efficiently crackdown on an illegally parking/stopping vehicle. The driving type automatic traffic enforcement system related to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an enforcement vehicle; a surveillance camera module which is installed in the enforcement vehicle; and a control unit which controls the surveillance camera module to photograph a surveillance image of an illegal parking/stopping area and detects a vehicle which is parked and stops in the illegal parking/stopping area by using the surveillance image. In a case where shaking is generated in the surveillance image which is photographed by the surveillance camera module by the driving of the enforcement vehicle, the control unit generates a correction image in which at least one part of the shaking is corrected by applying the image stabilization algorithm in the surveillance image and uses a first correction image which is at least one part of multiple images which form the correction image and a first restoration image which is obtained by applying the focus degradation method to the first correction image to recognize the letter of the license plate number of the vehicle.
